Ann at Red Thread was. so important to us after we received Lily's referral. We sent a care package through her, she translated our letter to the orphanage and she got us updated pictures of Lily. We would have paid her hundreds for what she did but it cost us just $33. I had read that she took people shopping while in Guangzhou and decided that we needed to meet her. I'm so glad we did. She took us to a wholesale market to shop for jade, traditional Chinese wood boxes and other things. We got GREAT deals, saw some of Guangzhou that we wouldn't have had a chance to see and just enjoyed her. She is a little tiny thing and I had imagined her to be about 45 years old. Instead I think she is about 25...and an amazing little woman.
