Have I said that we are sharing this journey with another amazing couple - the Wardells?!? Their BEAUTIFUL daughter, Sophie, is just 4 days older than Lily and they are awesome parents. It is so special to share the most amazing time of our lives with another family going through the same experience. There are really no words to describe it.
Here we are at our official adoption at the Civil Affairs office...moments after we had officially become a family.
And Tony with Sophie on his shoulder, being held by Louise (our most fantastic guide through this adventure).
Sophie and Lily will be friends for life. We think they were in the same room at the orphanage.

And my two babies just worn out from playing, not sleeping and all the excitement of the past few days.

That picture of Lily looking at her daddy is priceless. You can see complete peace in that precious face. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible journey with us. The bonds that you make on this journey will be with you the rest of your life...you don't know it unless you have lived it. ENJOY the trip.....it will be over before you know it.
Lily is so precious! I am so VERY happy for you and Jeff. I know yall are happy, tired, excited, and ready to come home with your bundle of joy!!!! Enjoy every single minute with her. They grow uo way too quick. Stay safe! Cant wait to see her in person!!!!!!
