Dad's Visit

Mom had to take off to Germany and Italy on a work trip so Dad decided to jaunt to the 'Ham to visit while she was gone. It was great to have him here and I always hate when he leaves...boohoo. How great is it that I have such fantastic parents, huh? They are gonna be awesome grandparents to our little Lily.

So we went to the Alabaster City Fest to see Tonic...but it was so hot that we stayed for like 10 minutes and left. Oh well...we did make it to the Peach Park to stuff our faces with pie and ice cream.
And we went to Newk's for Dad's most favorite Fire Roasted Tomato Soup (we actually went twice so he could get his fill).

And we had countless hours of Wii Golf tournaments with Jeff and Dad...

It was a fun time and I can't wait till he comes back for another visit...maybe I can convince him to let Mom tag along ;).
