Lily is undoubtedly a musical child. She loves music...on TV, in her little toys, when Mommy and Daddy sing to her, and now we know that she loves jazz music too. We were looking for something to do this weekend and we found ourselves with Grandma and Grandpa at a jazz festival downtown. It was so nice. We brought our little foldy chairs, Lily's BOB and just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather and good music.

Lily danced to the music, did plenty of people watching and surprised us when she bursted out in tears. We couldn't figure out what was wrong until we noticed a trend. She would scream and cry at the end of every song, after the clapping ended and there was silence. She was so upset when there was no more music but she quieted as soon as another song started. What a quirky baby. It is so amazing to learn what she likes and doesn't like and to see her little personality just shine. She makes everything so much fun!!
